Welcome to FlashIP. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") form an agreement between you and FLASHID TECH PTE. LTD., the provider of FlashIP services ("FlashIP", "we" or "us"). They apply to our website and Residential, Static ISP and Datacenter proxy products and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure that you fully understand its terms, especially those clauses which exclude or limit our liability. You should decide whether to accept the Agreement based on such understanding.
Read and understand all terms before ordering or using the Services, especially the provisions concerning refunds, liability and disputes. By accepting these Terms, ordering or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Scope and Modification
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and FlashIP. Our Privacy Policy, including its cookie disclosures, and any applicable plan or order terms also form part of the agreement. Any separately offered recurring-payment arrangement is subject to the terms disclosed and accepted for that arrangement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have separately entered into an offline agreement with FlashIP (“Offline Agreement”), the Offline Agreement shall prevail in case of conflict, and these Terms shall apply to matters not covered therein.

If FlashIP has first assumed the relevant liability as a result of a valid judgment, award, etc., FlashIP shall be entitled to recover the full amount from you.
5. Fee Terms
Pricing and Payment
Refer to the pricing on our website and the offer confirmed by our team for current plans. Starting rates are in USD and vary by product, quantity, location and validity period. Before paying, confirm your selected services, total charges, applicable taxes or payment fees and delivery arrangements. By ordering a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
We may change future prices or the services offered. Changes will be published on our website or communicated through official channels. Changes and discontinuation remain subject to applicable law and any separate written commitments for your order.
Trial Subscriptions
If a trial or promotional allocation is offered, its eligibility, duration, permitted usage and limits will be stated in the offer. An offer does not entitle you to repeated or simultaneous trials beyond its rules.
A trial converts to a paid or recurring plan only where that arrangement, including its charges and cancellation method, is disclosed and accepted separately. Merely visiting this website or viewing a monthly price does not authorize a charge.
We may change or withdraw future trial offers and restrict abuse of trial access, subject to the accepted offer terms and applicable law.
Paid Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Paid proxy plans are provided for the quantity and period confirmed in your order. If automatic renewal is offered and you expressly accept it, the applicable renewal amount, billing cycle, payment authorization and cancellation process will be disclosed before activation. To prevent a renewal charge, cancel according to those agreed procedures before the stated deadline.
We will communicate changes to renewal prices through the applicable arrangement or an official notice before they take effect. If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel renewal in accordance with the agreed terms. Unless otherwise stated in your accepted renewal arrangement, the renewal price will not exceed the previous cycle's price excluding promotional discounts.
Refund Policy
FlashIP offers prepaid services. Unless mandatory law or your separately agreed written order terms provide otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial use, upgrades or downgrades, unused traffic or IP allocations and unused periods. Please pay particular attention to the following:
- Review the nature and scope of the digital proxy service before paying. Purchasing access means you accept the agreed service quantity, validity period and applicable payment terms, subject to mandatory legal protections.
- Understand the features, regions, protocols and intended applications of your selected plan. Use the website information and contact our team to clarify compatibility before purchase.
- You may select the content and quantity of services that meet your needs. Once an order is confirmed through an authorized channel, we will provide the selected scope and volume according to the order.
- You are responsible for choosing a plan with due care. Current official pricing and your confirmed offer determine the fees; changes to future pricing do not remove rights under an existing written agreement or mandatory law.
- For delivery problems, billing errors or other order disputes, promptly contact our official support team with your order details.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify, limit, suspend or terminate your access to or use of our Services at any time, particularly if you violate the terms of the Agreement or the law or cause injury, risk or possible legal exposure to us, our users or others.
