Welcome to FlashIP. We recognize the importance of personal data and will take appropriate measures to protect it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. FLASHID TECH PTE. LTD., the provider of FlashIP proxy products and related services ("we", "us" or "our"), has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain in detail how we collect, use, share, store and protect personal data when you use our website and services.
Please read this policy carefully before using our products and services, especially provisions concerning the information needed to provide a service and your rights over that information. This policy forms part of the FlashIP Terms & Conditions. Where consent is required for a particular processing activity, we will request it as required by applicable law; using the website does not replace any separately required consent.
I. Scope
This policy applies to the FlashIP website and related Residential, Static ISP and Datacenter proxy services. It does not govern independent services provided by partners or other third parties. Those parties explain their data practices in their own privacy policies, which you should review before using their services.
II. Data Collection and Use
When you use our products/services, we need/may need to collect and use your personal data, including the following two types:
In order to realize the basic functions of providing you with our products and/or services, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary data. If you refuse to provide the corresponding data, you will not be able to use our products and/or services normally;
In order to realize the additional functions of providing you with our products and/or services, you can choose to agree or disagree with the data we collect and use separately. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, which will not affect your use of our basic functions.
We would like to remind you in particular: We are committed to creating a variety of products and services to meet your needs. Because we provide you with a wide range of product function modules and services, and different users choose to use different specific products/services, the basic/additional functions and the corresponding types and scopes of personal data collected and used will be different. Please refer to the specific product function modules and service functions.
The specific functional scenarios we will provide you include but are not limited to:
1. Proxy plans and service access
We provide services according to the proxy plans and quantities you order. When you contact us to arrange access or place an order, we may need your contact details, account or communication identifier, selected product, target regions, traffic or IP requirements and order information. Where an account is required for your selected service, the necessary registration information will be explained during setup. If you do not provide the information needed to arrange the service, we may be unable to fulfill the request.
When you visit the FlashIP website or use our services, technical information may be received and recorded, including your IP address, browser type, language, access date and time, device and operating-system information, pages visited on our website, service usage and operational logs. We use this information to operate and secure services, understand website usage, troubleshoot issues and detect misuse.
We may verify that a request relates to your own service or account using information you provide. Where identity verification is required by law, including for fraud prevention or lawful authority requests, we will explain the necessary information and the purpose of verification. We do not require facial recognition merely to browse this website.
2. Account Authentication Service
When you use functions or services that require identity authentication, you may need to provide your name, ID number, and phone number to verify your true identity. You can refuse to provide them, but you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
3. Additional Services
You can choose to further improve the account data of this product, and you can provide us with your nickname, mobile phone number, etc. to obtain additional services that better meet your needs. You can also choose not to provide them, but you will not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
FlashIP will initiate operational activities for newly launched services and functions from time to time. If you participate in relevant operational activities, we will collect data including but not limited to your identity data and contact data through the operational activity interface in order to contact you, verify your eligibility for rewards, and issue operational rewards to you. If you do not participate in relevant operational activities, you do not need to provide the above data. If you participate in operational activities but refuse to provide them, you will not be able to obtain relevant rewards.
4. Help you complete payment
When you purchase a plan, the payment method and provider will be identified as part of your order. A payment provider may need payer identification, billing and payment information, transaction details and device or security information to process the payment and meet its legal obligations. The information required depends on the payment method you select.
Payment information provided directly to a bank or payment provider is also handled under that provider's own privacy policy. Review its requirements before proceeding. We share only information necessary to arrange the transaction, confirm payment or handle the related order.
To confirm payment progress and provide after-sales or dispute-resolution assistance, we may obtain transaction status and relevant records from the payment partner. These records may include your name, contact details, payment method, amount and date, order number and transaction reference. They are used to complete the requested transaction, maintain business records and resolve billing issues.
If saved-payment or recurring-payment features are offered for your selected plan, their operation, payment provider, information handling and cancellation method will be explained separately before you choose them. A monthly price on our website does not by itself enable automatic renewal or authorize saving payment credentials.
Any authorization to retain payment details or make recurring charges must follow the terms presented for that arrangement. You can contact our team about withdrawing authorization or changing a payment arrangement. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully or records that must be kept to meet legal obligations.
5. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or apply for pre-sales, after-sales, or dispute resolution, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal data to verify your membership.
In order to facilitate contacting you, helping you solve problems as soon as possible, or recording solutions and results of related problems, we may save your communication, correspondence/call records and related content with us (including account data, address, email, other data you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact data you leave). If you inquire, complain or provide suggestions for a specific order, we will use your account data and order data.
In order to provide services and improve the reasonable needs of service quality, we may also use your other data, including the relevant data you provide when you contact customer service and the questionnaire response data you send to us when you participate in the questionnaire survey.
III. Providing Data to External Parties
1. Sharing
We will not share your personal data with companies, organizations, and individuals other than FlashIP service providers, except in the following circumstances:
(1)Sharing necessary for fulfilling legal obligations: We may share your personal data in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution, or in accordance with the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with the law, as well as other legal obligations.
(2)Sharing with your consent: We will share your personal data with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
(3)Sharing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party: When you purchase goods or services through FlashIP, we will share the necessary transaction-related data in your order data with the provider of the relevant goods or services according to your choice to meet your transaction, delivery, and after-sales service needs.
(4)Sharing with affiliated companies: In order to facilitate us and affiliated companies to jointly provide you with some services, provide you with products and services based on the FlashIP platform account, recommend data that may interest you, identify member account anomalies, and protect the personal and property safety of FlashIP affiliated companies or other users or the public from infringement, your personal data may be shared with our affiliated companies and/or their designated service providers. We will only share necessary personal data and will be subject to the purposes stated in this policy. If we share your sensitive personal data or our affiliates change the purpose of using and processing personal data, we will ask for your authorization again.
Please note that the data you voluntarily share or even publicly share when using our services may involve your or others’ personal data or even sensitive personal data. Please consider and make decisions more carefully.

IV. How we protect your personal data
We attach great importance to the security of your data and will strive to take reasonable security measures (including technical and management aspects) to protect your personal data. We apply appropriate account-access protections and technical safeguards to help prevent the personal data you provide from being improperly used or accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged, lost or leaked without authorization.
The data we collect is stored in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public. To avoid unauthorized access to your data, we store it in a server that is protected by a firewall and may be encrypted. However, no system is absolutely safe. Please understand that there is no “perfect security measure” on the data network. Even if we make great efforts, it may still be impossible to prevent illegal access to your personal data. In addition, since we cannot judge whether the statements of others are true, we may be deceived by unreliable, misleading or illegal data.
We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing and related reasonable and feasible means that are no less than those of our peers in the industry to protect your personal/corporate data, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal/corporate data from malicious attacks.
We will maintain security responsibilities, management procedures and data security processes to ensure the security of your personal/corporate data. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal/corporate data, and conduct security audits of data and technology in a timely manner.
We also ask you to understand that in the Internet industry, due to technological limitations and rapid development, as well as various possible malicious attack methods, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of data. Please understand that the systems and communication networks used when you use our products and/or services may have security problems in other links outside our control.
We will formulate emergency plans for network security incidents to promptly deal with security risks such as system vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions. When an incident endangering network security occurs, we will immediately activate the emergency plan, take corresponding remedial measures, and report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with regulations.
After an unfortunate personal data security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for risks that you can prevent and reduce on your own, and remedial measures for you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident through the contact data you have reserved, such as in-site notification, SMS notification, phone or email. When it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will take reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also proactively report the handling of personal data security incidents in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

Deletion of personal data refers to the act of removing personal data from the systems involved in implementing daily business functions, so that it remains inaccessible and cannot be retrieved. After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant data, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding data from the backup system. We will safely store your personal/business data and limit any further processing of it until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the subject that obtained your personal data from us as much as possible and require it to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these subjects have independently obtained your authorization).
3. Change the scope of authorization

When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal data. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect our previous processing of personal data based on your authorization.

In certain business functions, we may make decisions based solely on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms including algorithms. If these decisions affect your legal rights and interests, you can contact us through customer service.
6. Responding to your above requests
You, your guardian or another legally entitled representative may contact us to exercise applicable personal data rights or submit a complaint. We will respond within 15 days, or sooner where applicable law requires. We will explain the outcome and any lawful restriction on fulfilling your request.
In order to protect the security of your account and your personal data, when you make the above request to us, we may first verify your identity (such as adding account verification, requiring you to provide a written request or other reasonable methods) before processing your request.
In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but we will charge a certain fee for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may reject requests for data that is not directly related to your identity, for data that is repeatedly requested without reasonable grounds, or that require excessive technical measures (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical.
VI. Storage of data
We will only retain your personal data for the period required to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless there are mandatory retention requirements by law .
We judge the storage period of personal data mainly based on the following standards:
Complete the transaction purpose related to you, maintain the corresponding transaction and business records, and respond to your possible inquiries or complaints;
Ensure the security and quality of our services to you;
Do you agree to a longer retention period;
Are there other special agreements or legal provisions regarding the retention period.
After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws. We have taken reasonable and feasible security measures that meet industry standards to protect your data and prevent personal data from being unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss.
VII. Policy Updates
In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we continue to work hard to improve our products, services and technologies. When new services and business processes change, we may update our privacy policy to inform you of specific changes. However, without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights under this policy.
For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notices (including notifications through public announcements on the FlashIP website or pop-up prompts).
